The Grand Chapter of Bolivia of the Order of the Eastern Star was legally constituted on July 11, 2004 in the halls of the Hotel Portales of the city of Cochabamba during the Second Friendship Convention in an Assembly convened by the M.W.G.P. Loyal Stark, in the presence of the M.W.G.M. Patricia Rasmusson of the General Grand Chapter, constituting the members and legal representatives of the Chapters: Minerva No. 1, Aurora No. 2, Light No. 3, Awakening No. 4, Sunrise No. 5, Athena No. 6, Venus No. 7, Ceres N ° 8, Diana N ° 9, Amancaya N ° 10, Isis N ° 11 and Gaia N ° 12.
